Returns/exchanges. Damaged or Lost shipment. We make every effort to pack the fragile items we sell very carefully. If your package does arrive damaged please immediately contact the carrier who delivered your package. They are responsible for the damage and you must reconcile with them. Lost shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. If the package was not insured ,most carriers will make you wait 30 or more days until you may file a claim. We request you send us a note via email if your package is damaged or Lost. If we can do anything to help with a reconciliation with a carrier we will.

Insurance. At your request we are happy to insure your shipment. Insurance cost will be added to the cost of shipping.
